EXPERIENCE

PartyTime Rentals has over 17 years of experience in event rentals. We complete hundreds of events a year including everything from large festivals to a backyard birthday party. We are a proud member of the American Rental Association employ ARA Certified Event Rental Professionals as well as certified tent installers.

QUALITY

All our rental products are cleaned, inspected, wrapped, and labeled after each use. We also machine wash and dry all our tents in our state-of-the-art washing facility designed to produce the whitest tents in the industry.

INVENTORY

We have the Hudson Valley’s largest inventory of party rental equipment as well as the largest selection of inflatable bounce houses, water slides and interactive inflatable rides in Dutchess County and beyond. We offer over 150 different inflatables amusements for you to choose from. No other company in New York or Connecticut has a larger selection. We offer a super large selection of tents, tables, and chairs. We also have an extensive selection of fabrics, colors, and sizes. We can also special order or manufacture linens for your next big event.

ACCURACY

Over the years we have tested and built proprietary systems to assure prompt and accurate service for all our customers. We triple check all orders and label all equipment to minimize any errors. Our RFID inventory tracking system ensures that your orders are always correct.

PROMPT DELIVERY

We have an amazing delivery system. Every one of our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. This means we monitor not only the progress of the trucks but our drivers' always driving habits. We achieve a 1-hour delivery window with 96% accuracy. The other 4% is simply out of our control. Our crews are knowledgeable, polite, and always dressed in company attire.

CAD DESIGN

Party Time Rentals did a fabulous job helping me determine the size of the tent I would need for my daughter’s baby shower. They also assisted with the number of tables and chairs I would need for this event, with comfortable social distancing. Everything was delivered prior to the party and the tent secured. Even though the weather was beautiful, the tent provided a measure of comfort, that if it had rained, we were prepared! The tent did provide cool cover from the sun.
