Fold and Stack Tables & Chairs
The only kind of surprises we like are surprise parties so please remember that when your order is being picked up it is your responsibility to fold and neatly stack tables and chairs in the same way that they were delivered to you. Our crew is on a tight schedule and any unexpected delays will put them behind for the day and this will make them very sad. Please note that any unfolded tables or chairs will be assessed a $1.00 per item fee upon pickup. This service fee will be charged to your credit card without notice.

Don't Wash But Do Bag
Shake, shake, shake it off. Our linens that is. Linens need to be shaken out and free of food and debris. Please place linens in the bags provided. Do not place in plastic bags. Lost bag replacement fee $10.00.
Pack It Properly
China, glassware, flatware, etc. are to be placed back in the appropriate racks/containers that they were delivered in or additional charges will apply. Glassware should be emptied and placed into the rack with the stem up and while we appreciate you trying to sneak us back a snack from your delicious meal don't worry we have a vending machine so please scrape your plates clean.
Remove Your Property From Underneath the Tent
What goes up must come down and we can't take down our tent if your stuff is underneath it. Please remove all of your personal property from underneath your tent rental after your event. If we can not safely take down our tent because your property is in the way we will have to return on another day and you will be charged an additional fee.
