Make sure there is someone 18 or older onsite to accept delivery. Our guys get lonely on the road and love making new friends. If no one is available to accept delivery please call our offices asap at 845-226-2447.

While our crew would love to spend hours playing fetch with your pooch they do have other happy customers to get to. We ask that you please keep your dog(s) inside or on a leash while we are delivering your order.

Please make sure that the set up location for your event is easily accessible. Our crew is pretty strong but some delivery items are quite heavy to move a long distance and unfortunately The Rock still hasn't gotten back to us about our job offer.

If you are paying your final balance in cash upon delivery please have your payment ready when our crew arrives. They're really nice guys but they are not allowed to unload the truck without collecting your payment first; otherwise they have to walk around the warehouse in a dunce cap for the rest of the day; it's a whole thing.
