Q. Do you require a deposit on my rental?A. Yes. We require a 25% deposit to take your reservation. Your request is not considered a reservation until we have your deposit. We accept Discover, Mastercard or Visa. Final payment is by cash upon delivery, unless you have prepaid your rental with credit card. Drivers are not able to process credit card sales. We will contact you a few days prior to your event and give you the option to pay the remaining balance by Discover, M/C or Visa. Once reserved you will forfeit your deposit for any reason other than severe weather. As always, our policy insures a full refund of your deposit in the case of inclement weather (refund is not valid on tents or other non inflatable items). If you would like to send a personal check toward deposit, we will hold your item for 48 hours pending deposit, but if deposit is not received within specified time, you will be removed from the schedule.
